Inconsistent star rating between display and medal check

The problem is originally reported at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/osugame/posts/1471967426670586/ The player has passed a 7 ⭐ map, but not granted the 7 ⭐ pass medal. As some of the comments has pointed out, this is probably caused by the star rating display is being rounded up, but the medal check is not.
