Tilde and Apostrophe are swapped on UK layout

Bug description

Quick Retry defaultly binds to Tilde (#/~), but for some reason activates on Apostrophe ('/@) on UK layouts. Attempting to rebind the setting shows that the two keys are actually flipped entirely.

Did you try changing your keyboard layout in your device settings? Or was it perhaps that the keys themselves are wrongfully misplaced?

I'm on default UK layout, and the keys are not misplaced. They type as expected in Windows

I do have another layout installed for some testing of something else, but I checked before I opened this issue, and that was not the cause

If pressing the keys on a textbox output the correct characters, but are flipped in key binding configuration, then this is likely a duplicate of https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/11143.

It seems you're right, except my keyboard IS a default qwerty layout as far as I'm aware

Log files look to be from stable, so I'll move this over the stable issues. I'm not 100% sure if this is fixed in lazer but at very least it is rebindable now.
