Loved warning still visible with map already started

I've encountered this bug on this map. As you can see, the Loved state warning text is still visible while the first 2 or 3 hit objects are visible. This isn't game breaking but I still think it has its place in an issue. screenshot408

I think nobody can fix that. I'm just a normal osu player so i cant really help you but i think its just somthing in this beatmap.
