Only most recently enrolled speaker predicted

Hi! No matter what I try to change or delete, the system will always predict that the current speaker is the most recently enrolled one. Even if I delete the folder associated with that user, it still says that the new (different) voice is that most recently enrolled one. Any suggestions? Thanks!
