Update background and quote after some period automatically

Describe the bug Currently, we have to click on the button to change the background. We will keep changing the background using a button too and we will add another feature after some time background will update. So we can change after one day or after 24 hours.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a new tab
2. Click on the change background image button

Expected behavior Automatically change background after 24 hours / 12 hours
