Create Popup for To-do feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, we have only one To-do task feature. We can create a popup for saving more to-do.

Additional context When the user clicks on that button. We can popup the UI for to-do. This button will be on the right button side.

sir if it is too complicated then then I can leave it because I am new to github and don't know how to do it properly ..but if it is not that much complicated then I can do it for sure with some guidance....
