Can not show correct encoding fonts

@LinjingFcode I think the locale is missing here. Could you please download the uncompressed Windows version from https://github.com/ppoffice/Hozz/releases/tag/v0.1.0 and copy the locales folder to your current Hozz install folder and restart the app to see if it works?
