Das ist schon möglich. Aber nicht jeder arbeitet mit GSAK, und bequemer+schneller ist es wenn die Formatierungen bereits beim Download umgesetzt sind.

That could be possible. In the case of Kirchberg-Thening https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/240087572 the node has been named "Kirchberg-Thening" between 2019-07-11 and 2020-10-12 and since just "Kirchberg". So maybe for lower zooms
