Javascript is blocking on mobile

Hi, thanks a lot for this beautiful template. I want to apply this template to a site, but Javascript is totally blocked by browser even I did activated Java in browser's config. Do you have any idee to solve it ? Thanks a lot.

the only idea I can imagine at the moment - remove all JS from the template, make the menu bar and all "pages" visible at once, and, finally, add a named anchor to the beginning of each "page"... i.e. section. Menu items should be linked with that named anchors, i.e. "#home", "#portfolio", etc.

Ok, thanks for the answer, I'll try your method. In localhost, it's run normally, the code works fine. But when I push it online ... no more javascript. If you have time, can you please take a look at my site : www.bornbygoogle.co.nr/resto ? If you can find out directly the errors :D
