Add parameters for diagrams

Describe the current behavior

Some useful parameters for diagrams cannot be set from pypowsybl:

• layoutParameters.spaceForFeederInfos for single-line diagrams (should be automatically increased if current feederInfos is displayed?)
• svgParameters.fixedWidth/Height for network-area diagrams
