Benchmarking

• What is the expected behavior?

Since powsybl is meant to be a computation/simulation library, monitoring its performances is important. We can consider adding benchmarks to the repo, possibly tracking the evolutions with ASV.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Having some quantitative assessment of pypowsybl performance, and monitoring it on the long run.
