List item editor form attribute

Pass form through to list item editors. Custom editors may require it.

I've got 4 tests failing at the moment, are you getting that? Depending on when you rebased to master, might be related to the upgrade to jQuery 1.9.1 if you can update and try again? Thanks

Merged master, all tests appear to be passing for me.

This might be worth merging just for the sake of convenience/clarity, however you do already have access to the Form in the list Item through this.options.list.form.
