Double Flats: a Close Encounter

This time it's not the wrong notation that draw my attention, but the A Double Flat. The Double Flats touch (red arrow), and it looks as if the first flat has a smaller body than the second. Is it the same font?

And now I mention it: I really wouldn't mind if all other accidentals would be a little more separated from the following note (orange arrow). I hope you'll take some consideration to my old eyes:)

We use the same font as Lilypond, so there's not much that can be done with the double flat. But I definitely agree about the spacing between an accidental and the note.
