Feature: Custom SQL support

Allows passing custom SQL via PowerSyncDatabase constructor

Useful to define triggers that maintain a computed value, a common read optimization

Haven't tested yet the behavior with downstream synced rows

Open to suggestions on how to handle the internal name bit
