My system have no "/root/.config/fontconfig/conf.d",which is touch by me manually.Could you tell me how to deal this problem?

From what I know for Windows you may install manually by opening a font manually with shipped with Windows font viewer application (normally it is the default for font filetypes) and tell it to install the font. There should be other, automatic, method, but I do not know it.

I think I show share my experience here since I cost so many time and overcome it eventually.

I have to say the installing instruction is not very usefull when you are in Windows 10 Subsystem for Linux. If you are in WSL,you should install a font (whose name ending with *powerline, and its postfix is .ttf), you can get one from here. Then double click it to intall it into your window system and change your Windows registry. One can get more detail information about how to install a font here. @ZyX-I And I hope to add a extra instruction for WLS user in your documetation.Thanks.
