Active maintainers?

There hasn't been any code activity in this repository in almost a year; Could we perhaps add a couple maintainers so that we can get some issues resolved and some PR's merged? I'd be willing to volunteer, but one person can only do so much; are there any active contributors who may be interested in becoming a maintainer as well?
