What did i do?

Fill the recipe area with a Factorization mixer recipe (i did water bucket + dirty gold gravel). Remove the dirty gold gravel and apply redstone pulse => gives a clean gold gravel for free. Seems as if the output is saved and not reset when the recipe area does not contain a valid recipe anymore. I am using MFR 1.4.6R2.3.2 (contained in Tekkit-Lite)
