Support receiver on Attiny13

Port the receiver to be able to run on Attiny13 chip.

This is something I've been meaning to try from the beginning.

I'm not so sure if it's even possible given that the receiver code is pretty big and needs a relatively large amount of RAM for its buffers. But I (hopefully) will try it when I have time in the future.

Subscribe to this issue if you want to be notified if I ever write a tiny13 compatible receiver code.
