Data Usage Implementation

Basic data usage implementation. Could probably use some work, but tested and working on my Motorola Triumph.

Thanks for this! Give me a few days to look over and test it. People have been requesting a 'data usage' feature quite a bit, so I think this functionality will be a welcome feature for users.

I just pushed commit 32f3a42bfb3cc3173c96f24990279d164eed2ec2 to my master branch to fix up a small bug I discovered when grabbing cookies. Unfortunately, it seems that I created this pull request in a way that I can't add that commit to this pull request :[
