End of life for pouchdb-server ?

Hi,

@garethbowen, @marten-de-vries

I noticed that there hasn't been any new release since september 2019 and there is quite a queue of dependabot PR's including some security related.

Does this means that pouchdb-server support has come to an end ? If so it would be nice if it was mentioned in the README.md so people know its time to move on.

This project was lasted updated at version: 4.2.0 on Sep 25, 2019, after a security issue (that was never addressed in change log...). There should be a stale/dead notice added to the readme. This project should also be closed or find a new maintainer (this includes NPM and the pouchdb docs recommendation for this project remove).
