Test against PHP 7.2 on Travis

As PHP 7.2 is the current stable version of PHP, it'd be helpful to know (whether) this package's tests are passing on PHP 7.2.

I had to upgrade the satooshi/php-coveralls package in https://github.com/limenet/laravel-localization-helpers/commit/c8eaa858a0815693d4756bc743ead0137332b715 for the build to start as it couldn't resolve dev-master (anymore).

The only failing tests are the ones using Microsoft's Translator Service: Please provide a client_key for Microsoft Translator service.
