Hello,

it means your credentials are not correct. Double check if you have no error in your login, password, client and client secret in the configuration file...

thank you for your reply. I pass for a beginner computer scientist but tjrs the same. I just recreate an application nsur netatmo connect and always the same problem. If I often refresh the page my netatmo account is suspended, like what the connection is good no? Should I complete the part Redirect URI and Webhook URL on netatmo connect? thank you very much

Hi,

You don't have to complete these both URL.

When you say that your account is suspended, where do you see this information ? In the Netatmo widget ? If yes, it means your account is ok and you have certainly reach the rate limit. There is a trick for this.
