Update page template to Potree 1.8.1

Hi @m-schuetz ,

The latest release packages of PotreeConverter and the src trunk don't have the latest release of Potree, the version is 1.8 instead of 1.8.1.

Users of --generate-page will miss the merged Profile DXF tool :)
