Reproducing (On Linux/64bit)

• Enter lines so that the editor has to scroll to accommodate new text.
• Scroll up with mouse
  • Lines that are supposed to be brought in view read ">>> NOT IN CACHE <<<" which from a cursory glance at the code looks like a placeholder.
  • Moving cursor on any of the lines brings the expected line content in view.
