Cannot install plugin in Homebridge

I am not able to install the plugin in Homebridge. See screenshot for more information.

This does not look like a problem with this plugin but with your Homebridge/OS configuration.

Try installing manually from the command line and see what happens.

Can it be caused by the version of NodeJS? I downgraded to v18 for, v20, but ran in a different error:

Can it be caused by the version of NodeJS?

I have no idea. Try running the chown command it suggests.
