This is really awesome and useful update

I haven’t had the chance to do much Windows testing yet, but since the underlying library, ArrayFire, is supported on Windows, it should work. Packaging possibly gets tricky, I haven’t looked into it.

In concept, I’m all for it, but I’ll say TBD at this point.
