Photos crashes when closing document (tab) [Windows 7 x64]

OS: Windows7 x64 Profesional Pothos: 0.6.1-PothosSDR-2018.04.26-vc14-x64

Very often, when trying to close document (tab) with SDR (ex. Lime SDR, "RTL-SDR") connected Pothos Flow crashes (become "Not responding" - in Polish: "brak odpowiedzi"):

Also, when the OS close main Pothos Gui window (after the crash), 2 PothosUtil.exe processes are still working, as mentioned in #146 :

As long as they are operating there is no possibility to run Pothos Gui again.
