Idea: Posts backups could get quite large over time - add a differential\incremental options?

Firstly - this is a great action! Love it... and as a data professional I love backups!

Second an idea! 💡 The posts.json is currently a full backup of every post - over time this could get quite large. What about the options to run a full backup or a 'last X days' backup for posts. I'm envisioning running the action on sundays with the parameters to do a full backup and then mon-sat with just the last 7 days of posts.

Side note - do artifacts ever get cleaned up? if not a retention step might also be good 🤔
