Support multiple native sources / sinks

Right now it's possible to have only one source / sink for Native. There's nothing stopping us from having multiples, so long as their ports are offset from one another. This issue is intended to allow us to have multiples. Stretch goal: normalize all sources / sinks to allow multiples where sensible.

The main show will be in bin/cernan.rs. Graphite and statsd sources are good examples.

Correction, it's possible to have multiple sources but only one sink. This ticket will be completed when there are multiple possible sinks.
