lg-bullhead: Initial osk-sdl packaging

In a booted system, osk-sdl works using these instructions. However, when actually installing the system with FDE, the phone just stays on a black screen. Telnetting in using the debug hook, it seems osk-sdl and cryptsetup aren't actually installed.
