Monitor gets deleted when the owner of the collection leaves the team

Please add to our FAQ:

When the owner of a collection that is shared in a team and has a monitor leaves the team, the monitor associated with collection gets deleted as well.

@claireriley wondering what the best place to add this would be between monitoring info and roles / perms.. what do you think?

@SueSmith I'd put it in the monitoring FAQ. The reason I never added it is because I lost track of it after waiting on more context. @ArjunSingh-PM could you describe what happens here?
