Bad data in COVID-19 API

Describe the bug The first two characters appear to be missing from each contact email address in the "County Health Departments for All 50 US States" list

To Reproduce

  • Go to https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/8854915/SzYXVdyQ?version=latest
  • Load any of the state contact lists
  • Observe the email addresses in the resulting list; they all appear to be missing the first ~2 characters

Expected behavior

  • Each email address would be complete.

Sorry I had reached out to the person who crowdsourced all the data behind -- the trim was something in their script. They haven't responded. The data would have to be re-run to get the email. It is something I can add to the task list, but unsure of resources internally to tackle. Hopefully community can help too.

Thanks for the insight, @kinlane . Makes sense. When and if the data can be "fixed"/completed, that would be great. I understand that's not likely to happen any time soon though.
