Water Leak Sensor - Add HA Sensor for 'Device Health'

First off, thanks for putting this together. You've given new life to an old water leak detector!

The only issue I have, is if the sensor goes offline (it gets unplugged, kicked off WiFi, etc.) nothing indicates this in Home Assistant. I'm sure I could manually make a template sensor that pings the IP Address periodically, but it'd be really slick if there could be an automated way this gets handled in the integration. This a possibility?
