I know this use case would work with Apple TVs or HomePods, but I wouldn't expect it to work with other devices. Do you mean that is the case here?
@Tarlispace69 Looks like you are missing credentials for most (or all) protocols. Run the wizard to pair and then try again.
Ah, yes, password is only supported for RAOP at the moment. Would be good to fix that at some point.

Check that AirPlay permissions is set to "Everyone on the same network", they like to change that on updates.
That sounds a bit strange to me. I haven't updated yet, my schedule right now is pretty insane so I haven't had the time. I will try that soon though...

@mikesalz I plan on making a new release today and hopefully have it included in the next minor 2013.10.x release.
