Swipe gestures (or what we should call it) are supported by Companion, haven't looked into how it works though.

I believe it works with 5.27.1, can you verify that?

That's strange. Are you sure you upgraded all dependencies to match pyatv requirements (and not just protobuf)?

What is the error you are seeing now?

I've just been on the lazy side, should be fixed by #2499. Will merge it once everything passes and make a release as soon as I can.

Do you have any screenshots or examples from Apple regarding this? I'm not entirely sure I follow.
