[wishlist] upgrade to bootstrap 5

Hi!

In debian, the package triggers a lintian warning "depends-on-obsolete-bootstrap". Please consider migrating to bootstrap 5.

If you're able to create a pull request migrating postfixadmin to bootstrap 5, I'd be happy to merge it :-)
