Open the file above when double-click, caused by "Pane" list scroll

When

  1. posicioned in expensedetail.rb and double-click to expense.rb ,
  2. the file expense.rb es added to "Pane" list, and it scrolls down
  3. the file opened is expense_observer.rb image
