Make Resent-Sender header optional

Currently when sending a Resent-Sender header is inserted which is displayed in the mail client on different ways, ie on my mac mail

The header itself is valid and there are very good reasons to use it, but there are also reasons not to use is. This makes it optional for those who want it. But keeps the defaults as is.
