Positron Dark: selections are invisible in Jupyter-like code cells
With Positron Dark theme, the selection background matches the active cell background color (the chunks of code that begin with # %%)
As an example: the function is highlighted
No issues with Tomorrow Night Blue:
No issues with selections outside of the active cell (cursor is on line 9):

Thank you for opening this issue. I've reproduced this and I'll send this to triage. We appreciate your help improving Positron and we’ll address it when we’re working on the next release; keep an eye on this issue for updates.
This has been resolved.
As a note for QA folks: this only applies to code cells delineated by #%% in raw Python files; this does not appear in Notebooks.
