positron Reactable HTML widget not showing up in Viewer Pane

Steps to reproduce the issue:

mtcars |> reactable::reactable()
The following is shown in the console: <reactable HTML widget>, and the Viewer pane gets focused, but nothing shows up.

What did you expect to happen?

The interactive reactable should show up in the Viewer Pane. This works both in VS Code and in RStudio. This is how it looks in VS Code:

Were there any error messages in the output or Developer Tools console?

No.
