positron Support pinning columns in Data Explorer

Like pinning editor tabs in VSCode, the ability to pin one or more columns on the left (and then unpin them later if not useful) would be very helpful when browsing a large table.

Pinned Columns in the grid will also always show up as first and affect the Summary Panel, regardless of sort there.
