Assistant should be more eager to keep `.ipynb` file attached together with corresponding notebook session

Once #9153 is fixed, check that .ipynb is remembered for subsequent prompts.

@cindyytong This seems to be logged as part of the Assistant workstream in #9153. So I'll change this to a task to check that .ipynb context is preserved once #9153 is implemented.

@nstrayer If #9153 doesn't address on notebooks' end, we could then consider making future changes. What do you think?
