Clean up estimators and stimuli

Decouples stimuli's reliance on access to the whole Experiment object.

• [ ] define clear ouput types and save estimates to a named tuple queue
• [ ] create a process to handle estimators
• [ ] thread data from estimators to the protocol runner / stimuli
• [ ] make stimuli use that collected log instead of calling estimators
