Please add linux.gtk.x86_64.tar.gz for "old" JDK 17 again

Hi,

since two releases I'm missing the linux.gtk.x86_64 version in the JDK 17 builds. There is no stable JRE 21 for Debian right now, and without the linux-gtk builds for JDK 17 Portfolio Performance might become unusable for me as soon as my brokers change their document structures.

Please add these versions again or at least give me a pointer how to build my own package. Before some time I wanted to add a deb-Package build to your project but the whole build process is not transparent to me and I don't know where to start.

I'm afraid but this want be possible as there are plenty of significant changes in JRE 17 vs 21.

There are JRE 17 builds for every JDK 21 build, but they are missing the linux-gtk version since https://github.com/portfolio-performance/portfolio/releases/tag/0.71.5.e430-v0740
