Required fields not set from unrendered tabs after saving job config

Description

When job config is updated (say, from the Resource tab), a "required field missing" warning will appear until the tab with a required field is rendered at least once.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Expand a job
  2. Update a value in the "Resources" tab
  3. (required field missing warning should appear)
  4. Select the "Main" tab (which contains the required command field) -> rendering will automatically remove warning
