Embed add-on info on the chart

Motivation

Connection strings on addons like Redis, Postgres, etc. confuse the user because full details of how to connect to it are only in the docs

Requirements

Just like form.yaml info tool tip button, each add-on should have an info link next to its service URL that links to the corresponding page in the docs. Ideally a generalizable way to do this (maybe even embedded in form.yaml of the add-on) image
