Env var with space in between not parsed correctlly

Steps to reproduce

1. Input an environment variable with spaces in between (e.g. dyno:DUMMY dynotype:run buildpackversion:dev appname:DUMMY)
2. GHA will throw an error: export: 'dynotype:run': not a valid identifier
