AIS RX app map improvements

Description of the feature you're suggesting.

I suggest that the map in the AIS RX app should be improved to be more like the map in the ADSB RX app.

• Ship name should not cover so much of the map (remove trailing "white" space)
• Other nearby ships should be shown on the map at the same time.
