Cannot use touch in "freqman" and "fileman"

Currently, I don't think any app that shows a List of items supports Touch. This is a good Enhancement suggestion though.

Some of the other apps that show lists that don't support Touch include:

• File Manager (can't pick a file from the list)
• Notepad (can't touch a character in the file)
• ADS-B RX (in the plane list)
• AIS RX (in the boat list)
• ERT
• TPMS
• Weather
• Soundboard TX
• Replay

Other random apps that don't support Touch include Pacman & Tetris.
