Nightly builds

It would be good to have some ways for running tests on nightly builds. The solution should be very simple, and should not complicate the workflow. We should compare this to related projects (dotty/Scala, Flink, etc.), and then discuss this again in our weekly meetings.

  • [ ] Look at related systems, report what/how they do it.
  • [ ] Suggest a feasible approach for us.
